Creative artists and writers have an opportunity that some may not have with their chosen career. They are able to take their process with them wherever they go. Creatives who write, paint, or draw have the tools available to take their work anywhere they want and continue in places that encourage and inspire their work. A great place for that is camping!

Every traveler need the basics for their trip, but for creatives; there are specific things they need or want to take with them. Each creative has their own specifics they want when they travel, but there are some things that all creatives can use.

Traveling to different destinations is one of the easiest ways for writers and artist to get inspiration for their work. Just traveling alone can inspire different feelings and aspects that can be taken and used in pieces of art. Prepping for travel is a whole other can of worms: planning, packing, lists, juggling, kids, and so much more.

Us, as writers, require a continuous process of writing daily to meet your goals. Writing while traveling tends to throw that off wack, but only because we didn’t plan ahead. It can be discouraging or feel impossible to write while vacationing and traveling; just driving in the car may prevent you from getting anything done if you get carsick.

Writing poetry can be difficult, not only that, it’s not the easiest to read either. That doesn’t mean you shouldn’t embark on that journey. Once you write your first poem, you’ll be on your way to even more success with this medium!

There are so many things in the world children can do. They are resilient and spontaneous. They believe they can do or be anything and we should help them accomplish their dreams. Writing isn't a hot topic for young children, but once in a while you get that one that wants to be a writer when they grow up. Don't discourage them, encourage a young writer to be the best they can be.

Writers are always looking for ways to improve their writing and create a better flow of words as they create compelling characters and fascinating worlds. Poetry has been known to provide a wealth of perspective and skills to the writer that aids in the writing process.

Every creative has a toolbox whether digital or physical, where they keep all the things they need most often. What they put in it depends on what they do, their hobbies or careers. Those that write will have different things than an artist or designer.

Many of us find it hard to stay productive, let alone keep our creative level where we’re satisfied with. Trying to do both can really wear a person out; not to mention trying to juggle everything else that we have going on.

We, as creatives have so many ideas and thoughts, it’s nearly impossible to keep them all straight sometimes. In order to, well keep order in our lives, we need systems and organization. This organization goes beyond just setting up a workspace, it will allow you to save, access, and work more efficiently; getting more done and less time wondering what happened and where the time went.

To plan for the new year, you should take into account all aspects of your life, personal, business/career, family/friends and more. Here we are going to do our best to help you get ready and think about the coming year and planning to make it a success.
