If you are not completely satisfied with Kelly Jean Taylor, you can cancel your membership at any time. This will discontinue your monthly payments. 

It is important to cancel before your renewal date on the 15th of each month to avoid being charged for the next shipment. To do this you may email us at kellyjeantaylor365@gmail.com or by logging into your account and clicking on “cancel”.

IF YOU DO NOT CANCEL PRIOR TO THE 25TH DAY OF A CALENDAR MONTH, YOU CANNOT BE REFUNDED FOR THAT MONTH’S SHIPMENT. 

We are sorry for any inconvenience as we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already been shipped. This subscription is a surprise box and you agreed to the risks of dissatisfaction when you subscribed. 

If there are any contents of the box that you are dissatisfied with, this is the perfect opportunity to gift it to someone who may enjoy the product. 

Just a friendly reminder: Be sure to cancel your auto-renewal. We don’t want you to get stuck with another shipment you don’t feel is a good fit for you.
