Best Winter Video Games
Unless you love the outdoor winter sports, you are like me and enjoy being inside with a cup of hot chocolate and finding something to do with the family.
Or perhaps you are looking for game with a wintery theme. WIth the recent spike in gaming items purchases due to the pandemic, you might as well get some use out of that new system this winter when more will be enjoying the warmth of the indoors.
Just because you may be inside, doesn’t mean you can’t enjoy the white pier and glacial exploration of snow and ice.

Within this game you’ll find a range of terrains to explore from sweltering deserts to western towns to winter mountains. Head north to the mountains when you feel the need to see the fluffy white stuff and head back down when you’ve had enough. Horizon: Zero Dawn
One of my favorites, with such diverse environments, collections, and missions. There are multiple areas with mild snowy landscape, but if your looking for more and have the Frozen Wilds DLC, your in luck. Battling machines in snowy and sometimes blizzard conditions make for a fantastic gameplay with amazing render and graphic design. Catch it before the February release of Forbidden West. This one is highly recommended.
The Legend Of Zelda: Breath of the Wild
Like Horizon: Zero Dawn, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild has many different landscapes to traverse throughout the game from deserts and forests, to the winter mountain ranges. Scale the slopes to discover and explore wildlife as unusual as the Lynel. Head to the mountains when you’re looking for some winter snow and head back when looking to wander the forests or deserts for supplies and missions.
